Contactless Biometric Platform is designed to provide contactless, round-the-clock, real-time monitoring of patient vital signs such as heart rate, respiratory rate, facial skin temperature, and bed-exit detection. Medical personnel using this system can interact and provide consultation with patients via videoconferencing. The platform is ideal for use in negative pressure isolation wards and mobile cabin hospitals, offering an effective and safe medical care solution for hospitals where patients with COVID-19 or other highly contagious diseases are treated.

 

Epidemic Prevention Advantage:
1. An All-in-one (AIO) Vital Signs Detector:The AIO Vital Signs Detector embeds a face recognition detection algorithm to remotely collect a patient's facial skin temperature, heart rate, and respiration rate.
2. A Nurse Station Dashboard:This dashboard can display real-time patient physiological readings with their summarized EMR data, including lab test results, images and reports, medication history, and more.
3. A Team-based Video Conferencing with Shared Medical Data: The quarantined patients can easily consult with their doctors and medical care team using video-conferencing during the course of treatment.

 

Collaboration Options:Our solution is expected that the "Contactless Biometric Platform" will be built in the 10-bed (type) negative pressure isolation ward of the Taipei Medical University hospital, and clinical trials will be commissioned. Additionally, we also are collaborating with MetaTech to deploy the "Contactless Biometric Platform" in the Hitachi Negative Pressure Clean Booths; it would be delivered to many countries who urgently need an effective countermeasure for COVID-19.
