Q. I have visitor-registered on Healthcare+ B2B, where should I go to get my QR code for the Expo?
A. Login to Healthcare+ B2B. Click on “User Profile” and proceed with “Expo visitor registration” from there.
Q. I didn’t seem to receive the email with QR code. Where else can I get it from?
A. Login to Healthcare+ B2B. Click on “User Profile” and proceed with ”Visitor Registration” on the left.
Q. May I enter the exhibition hall with my QR code?
A. You need to check-in with your QR code and business card, then collect your entry badge for the Expo. If a business card is not available, a photo ID would do.
Q. Is my entry badge good for multi-entry?
A. Your entry badge can be used during the four-day Expo. Please keep it safe if you want to visit more than once between 1-4 December.
Q. Is my account good for the Expo next year?
A. Visitor registration is event-specific, you will need to visitor-register for the Expo next year.
