The Expo will provide four badges per booth. Exhibitor badges will be sent by post to the contact person indicated following the exhibitor information. International exhibitors can pick up the exhibitor badge at the information counter of TaiNEX 1 from 8.00 on Tuesday, 28 November.

Please fill out and submit the form below by 5 October the latest for the rental of electricity, lighting, A/V equipment and/or furniture, to the Expo contractor Oya Design ([email protected]). Please contact Oya directly for any questions regarding the rental or paid-for services.
From 6 Electricity, power supply
Third-party contractors and suppliers, who are not contracted by or partnered with the Expo, are required to comply too with safety protocols, showground policies and event logistics set out by TaiNEX 1 and the event organiser. Violators of rules will result in fines.
Please exercise precautions to Not carry and use ladders over two metres high in TaiNEX 1. Any construction work above two metres shall be handled by aerial lift equipment or aerial work platforms, and the operator must take preventive measures to ensure safety.
Some booths may have pillars inside the space. In that case, any decoration or construction to apply on pillars shall be approved by the Expo organiser, if it is not carried out by the Expo’s contractor. Please provide the design with dimensions to the Expo organiser to ensure no piping or lighting would be affected.
The Expo has a Line@ account managed by staff who can answer questions in Mandarin that exhibitors may have, Monday to Friday at 8.30 to 17.30.
