StreamTeck has developed the "SmartCaring T60," a remote caregiving system to address the global challenges of aging populations and a shortage of caregiving resources. The T60 device is positioned above the patient's bed, enabling non-invasive monitoring of essential parameters like heart rate, respiratory rate, body temperature, and bed vacancy detection. This data is wirelessly transmitted and stored in the cloud or backend servers, with real-time display on the nursing station's electronic whiteboard. This system empowers healthcare providers to promptly monitor patients' vital sign status and respond swiftly to emergencies.
The SmartCaring T60 is the first and only non-contact physiological signal monitoring product in Taiwan to obtain TFDA Class II medical device certification. It offers non-contact, privacy-preserving, and continuous monitoring features, enhancing inpatient safety, healthcare efficiency, and quality while reducing institutional personnel costs. It is currently in clinical use across various healthcare settings and is actively being introduced to healthcare institutions and long-term care facilities.
