Key dates and forms below are for exhibitors to arrange for event logistics. Key dates for publicity with forms required to fill out will be sent separately to exhibitors.

  • 16.00 Power off - exhibits

  • 16.00 – 18.00 Only carry-on luggage and hand-carry stuff allowed to be moved out from the showground; cargo trucks not exceeding 3.5 tons are allowed entry from the east entrance on Jingmao 1 Road to loading platforms and not-in-use areas at ground level and fourth level.
Monday, 9 December 07.00 – 12.00 Booth Dismantling
  • 07.00 Entry – Authorised personnel and vehicles
  • 12.00 Exit – All personnel, vehicles and exhibits
  • Overtime charge NT$80,000 per hour applied to any move-out after the given time

Exhibitor Badge

The Expo will provide four badges per booth. Exhibitor badges will be sent by post to the contact person indicated following the exhibitor information. International exhibitors can pick up the exhibitor badge at the information counter of TaiNEX 1 from 8.00 on Tuesday, 3 December.

Rental of additional Items

Please fill out and submit the form below by 5 October the latest for the rental of electricity, lighting, A/V equipment and/or furniture, to the Expo contractor Oya Design ([email protected]). Please contact Oya directly for any questions regarding the rental or paid-for services.

Notice to third-party Contractors and Suppliers

Third-party contractors and suppliers, who are not contracted by or partnered with the Expo, are required to comply too with safety protocols, showground policies and event logistics set out by TaiNEX 1 and the event organiser. Violators of rules will result in fines.

Please exercise precautions to Not carry and use ladders over two metres high in TaiNEX 1. Any construction work above two metres shall be handled by aerial lift equipment or aerial work platforms, and the operator must take preventive measures to ensure safety.

Decoration for Booth with Pillar(s)

Some booths may have pillars inside the space. In that case, any decoration or construction to apply on pillars shall be approved by the Expo organiser, if it is not carried out by the Expo’s contractor. Please provide the design with dimensions to the Expo organiser to ensure no piping or lighting would be affected.

The Expo has a Line@ account managed by staff who can answer questions in Mandarin that exhibitors may have, Monday to Friday at 8.30 to 17.30.
