Integrated with HIS, the system automates bed-cleaning task assignments upon patient discharge or transfer, enabling real-time notifications and progress tracking via mobile devices. Staff can log records digitally, creating a traceable cleaning history for audits. Public users can report issues by scanning area-specific QR codes, with the system auto-dispatching tasks to responsible personnel. Toilet inspection features support standardized routines with paperless reporting. Patented in Taiwan and Singapore, this system helps medical institutions achieve smarter, more responsive, and cleaner environments.

Joint Commision of Taiwan

The Joint Commission of Taiwan (JCT) is a government-funded and non-profit organization. JCT has committed to promoting healthcare quality and patient safety and using quality management tools and training to help health administrators enhance healthcare quality in the past 2 decades.

JCT established the Health Smart Taiwan (HST), a one-stop portal designed which gathers over 200 successful cases selected from the National Healthcare Quality Award (NHQA).
