We, Kuen Horng Industrial Co.,Ltd. established in 1993 and well-known by production of blood line set for hemodialysis, IV set, transducer protector, drip chamber, female male luer connector, artificial nose filter, bacteria filter ...,etc. We have mold development and design capabilities. We overcome all kinds of hardships and steady grow and get into R & D in 2000. We produce medical parts in our own and there are 23 plastic injection machines, mold monitoring equipment and professional clean warehouse. We also obtain ISO13485 certification in July 2011 by the SGS counseling. Kuen Horng Co., Ltd develop medical parts of the development, uphold the moral conscience to continue long-term development as the goal. ARCE, a global biotech company specialized in developing immune cell & gene engineering technology, announced earlier today that the US FDA has cleared its IND application for ARD103, an autologous CAR-T therapy, for phase 1/2 clinical trials in patients with relapsed/refractory acute myeloid leukemia (r/r AML). ARCE plans to launch its phase 1/2 study and enroll qualified patients by Q1 2025. ARD103, our priority product, is an autologous CAR-T cell manufactured by DashCAR® technology with high transduction, stem cell-like phenotypes and ultra-fast manufacturing in 3-5 days. In addition, FDA has granted Orphan Drug Designation (ODD) to ARD103 for treatment of acute myeloid leukemia (AML). It may be a first-in-class CLL-1 CAR-T therapy. We look forward to administering ARD103 to our first patient within the next few months. We are thrilled that ARCE is well-positioned to achieve a key program milestone.
