“Ma Kuang United Clinics of Traditional Chinese Medicine” has been deeply rooted in Taiwan for over 30 years. The first clinic was established in 1991 in Magong City, Penghu County. At that time, it was the only Chinese medicine clinic in the Penghu area, significantly improving the quality of local healthcare and receiving high recognition from the community. The name " Makuang " is derived from the phrase "The Light of Magong," symbolizing its origins and mission. The Makuang logo also carries profound meaning, expressing the hope of helping patients "escape illness, move toward health, and embrace the light." Starting from the island of Penghu, the seagull flying toward the light represents guiding people toward a healthy future.
Currently, there are 24 clinics across Taiwan. In Taipei, there are two locations: the Xinyi Makuang Chinese Medicine Clinic, which serves as the flagship branch in Xinyi District, and the Dihua Makuang Chinese Medicine Clinic, located in Dadaocheng. Each clinic offers a comfortable and spacious environment, featuring warm wooden design elements that highlight the serene essence of traditional Chinese medicine. Upholding the core philosophy of “treating patients with kindness,” the clinics provide a welcoming and patient-friendly environment.
Looking ahead, Ma Kuang United Clinics of Traditional Chinese Medicine will continue to expand its scale and strive to offer the most comprehensive traditional Chinese medical services to the people of Taiwan. " Makuang safeguards the health of the Taiwanese people."
