ARCE, a global biotech company specialized in developing immune cell & gene engineering technology, announced earlier today that the US FDA has cleared its IND application for ARD103, an autologous CAR-T therapy, for phase 1/2 clinical trials in patients with relapsed/refractory acute myeloid leukemia (r/r AML). ARCE plans to launch its phase 1/2 study and enroll qualified patients by Q1 2025. ARD103, our priority product, is an autologous CAR-T cell manufactured by DashCAR® technology with high transduction, stem cell-like phenotypes and ultra-fast manufacturing in 3-5 days. In addition, FDA has granted Orphan Drug Designation (ODD) to ARD103 for treatment of acute myeloid leukemia (AML). It may be a first-in-class CLL-1 CAR-T therapy. We look forward to administering ARD103 to our first patient within the next few months. We are thrilled that ARCE is well-positioned to achieve a key program milestone.
