Lukas was established by a group of clinicians and R&D personnel. All memory T cells are cultured to an amount of 109-1010 with purity of more than 95% in GTP laboratory with world class standards. In the phase III and IV HCC follow-up study, the recurrence free survival, overall survival rate and cancer specific survival rate of patients receiving T cell therapy after 7 years is better than the control group.

Lukas continuously cooperate with different medical center in Taiwan to develop cancer treatment protocol of combination immunotherapy and conventional treatments. LuminX dedicates to accelerate the optimization of cell-therapy-products through specific understanding of therapeutic cells distribution in-vivo, long-term viability, as well as their biological fate either in preclinical or clinical setting, and our technologies can transition a potential therapy from the research stage to advanced clinical and commercial applications to save lives.
Here we can provide:
1. A viable application of LuminX Cell Tracking Kits for background-free imaging and quantitative tracking of therapeutic cells can meet this imperative need.
2. The simplicity of this magnetically modulated fluorescence method, together with LuminX Cell Tracking Kits as well as the large quantity of the nanoparticles taken up by the cells, has permitted studies of the biodistribution and pharmacokinetics of LuminX-labeled therapeutic cells in preclinical evaluation and clinical settings, namely CellCRO platform.
3. The technique is in excellent compatibility with time-gated fluorescence imaging, which have been shown to be a powerful means in acquiring high-contrast fluorescence imaging of LuminX-labeled cells in tissues.
4. The ability to find single therapeutic cells is particularly valuable for ex-vivo histological detection of these cells in clinical trials.
5. This combined approach represents an appealing alternative to hazardous radioisotope labeling techniques in cell therapy applications.
