KNEEHOW Smart Knee Trainer is a smart training device to assist users in doing LAQ (long arc quad) exercise and strengthening their quadriceps femoris muscles.
Through Bluetooth, the sensor would detect the movement of user’s lower limb, and the app would show the user’s real time motion and give prompt reminder to direct them to do the training more accurately.
KNEEHOW Smart Knee Trainer is designed to be a training assistant at home. It help to count, record, provide quantitative data and readable report. Besides, in comparison with most traditional devices, KNEEHOW Smart Knee Trainer comes with challenging and interesting factors, which would increase users’ motivation to keep a long term training habit.
