The Chang Gung Medical Foundation was established in 1976 by the founder of the Formosa Plastics Group (FPG).The Foundation has since established seven Chang Gung Memorial Hospitals in Taipei, Linkou, Keelung, Kaohsiung, Chiayi,Taoyuan. and Yunlin.
